Refund Policy
Basically, we have 2 type of refund policy, the refund type of based on the ticket price.
- This Refund Policy only applies on online ticket booking which price less than $40/ticket
- This Refund Policy only applies on online ticket booking which price more than $40/ticket
We understand the appeal of discount codes. However, if a booking made using a discount code is cancelled, the value of that redeemed code will not be reverted back in any form.
Making the decision to cancel is significant. Once confirmed, the respective booking will be permanently removed from your booking history, rendering the cancellation irreversible. It’s always a good idea to double-check and be certain before initiating this process.
We have a structured refund system. The amount refunded is based on the ‘Refundable Amount’ stipulated in our policy. It is, however, crucial to note that this will always be capped at the ticket price paid or whichever amount is lower. Partial refund is not allowed.
We value your patience. Once a cancellation is confirmed, rest assured that the refund will be processed to the payment method mentioned in the refund confirmation email, typically within 14 business days.
