Please plan carefully, as our policy permits ticket rescheduling only once. This ensures that all our customers get a fair chance at their desired travel dates.

If you’ve booked multiple tickets for a journey, remember that partial rescheduling of those tickets is not allowed. All passengers in a booking must reschedule together, ensuring consistent travel plans for your entire group.

We strive to offer flexibility without compromising on our service quality. If you need to reschedule, the fee encompasses a basic rescheduling charge plus the difference between your new ticket fare and the original. So, if your new journey date has a higher fare, the difference would be added to your rescheduling fee.

In cases where the rescheduled ticket is cheaper than the original one, the fare difference is non-refundable. We recommend checking all available options before finalizing your reschedule.

Please note that for trips that combine our bus service with a ferry journey, rescheduling is only available for the bus portion. This is because ferry operations are handled by our partner ferry operators, and their policies apply for that segment of your journey.
